Got up at 5:46. STOP IT, darn you! :)
Went out for breakfast with Mommy and Daddy at The Omelette Shoppe, where you feasted on pancakes, fruit, ham and turkey sausage.
Visited the chicks and bunnies at the photo studio next door. You said "Hi!" to the chicks and pretended to kiss them. (How cute is that?)
Went to Target with Mommy and rode in the deluxe cart. I strapped you in and you sat nicely the entire time. Of course we spent too much money, as usual. Darn Target!
Met up with Daddy at Breton Vilage where we saw your pal Margaret read books and ran into the Easter Bunny. You weren't impressed. I have to say I found him kind of creepy too. He was wearing a top hat and tails. What's that all about?
Went on a bike ride to the park, with me pushing you on the new tricycle. When we returned, you were still raring to go, so Daddy took over. He came back a few minutes later with you in his arms -- you'd fallen asleep during your ride!
Took a nice long, two-hour nap. Good boy!
Helped Mommy in the yard. You even took all of the dried-up plants I pruned and put them in the wheelbarrow. You saw a little bug in the wheelbarrow and said "Hi!" to it too. Air kisses and all.
Went to the park with me and Juliette. You refused to get out of the stroller at first, because a cute little girl was trying to play with your steering-wheel attachment. But you warmed up after a few minutes and ran all over the place. You also got your first scrape on your knee for the season -- on the first day of wearing shorts, of course.
Split a calzone with Daddy for dinner.
Went on ANOTHER bike ride. With Daddy this time.
Read tons of books in Mommy and Daddy's bed before lights out. And went right to sleep at your appointed bedtime.
