You proved months ago that your memory is sharper than ours when you found missing items that Mommy and Daddy had looked all over for.

Now you're proving that your verbal skills are overtaking ours.

This happens with me more than Daddy. By the time I get to the end of the sentence, I've forgotten the last word. Or I just don't have time to spit it out before you do. I can never tell for sure. But you've begun finishing my sentences!

"Honey, take your milk and go sit down at the..."

"TABLE!"

"The dog is ready to come inside. I need to grab the..."

"TOWEL!"

"Let's go downstairs and watch..."

"TV!"

"It's time to read books. Go ahead and get into..."

"BED!"

I may need to start taking you to work so you can join me in meetings and help me articulate myself better.
